Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers
We currently offer shipping through USPS and UPS. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your selected carrier and service.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Responsibility After Shipment
Once your package has been handed over to the selected shipping carrier (USPS or UPS), we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, damage, or delivery issues. Any concerns regarding transit or delivery should be directed to the carrier using your tracking number.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly. They may provide additional information or instructions.
